Queen Esther’s Mentoring Program

The Queen Esther’s Mentoring program is dedicated to mentor and train young girls, ages 8-18 years old, in the areas of effective communication and emotional competence. The sessions include self-esteem, self-worth, and self-confidence. The aim is to educate girls about life and the keys for successful living.

Parenting Program

The parenting program seeks to teach parents the necessary skills that are paramount in enriching the lives of their family members. Rapha Family Services utilizes the Nurturing Parent curriculum, which has been proven to teach parents how to be successful in raising their children. It is an evidence-based curriculum consisting of a pre-and post-tests and observations.

Pearl of the Caribbean

Due to the overwhelming needs of Haiti, many times individuals open their homes to the Impoverished and needy neighbors without the support of an organized agency. Therefore, Pearl of the Caribbean will seek to address those issues by raising and seeking funding to support those struggling philanthropist and good Samaritans. Priority for assistance will be given to orphans (restavek) programs, children and youth, and the elderly. We plan on collaborating with various agencies in order to provide training and leadership skills seminars that will strengthen the economic structure of the communities that we serve.
